- Provide a full project management service or work with your Project Manager or Architect.
- Liaise with statutory organisations & service providers including Building Control, utility providers, and suppliers of goods to ensure smooth delivery of your project.
- Understand that open communication & discussions about costs and timescales are crucial to ensure any changes are identified and agreed at the earliest stages.
While most of our work is within the Belfast area, we will consider projects at other locations.
Extensions
At CL Jones Construction Ltd., we specialise in home extensions. We can review your plans, offer practical advice and then work with you, your architect or project manager to ensure your extension is delivered as per the specification provided.
New Builds
Our extensive construction experience ensures that your new home is built to the highest standards of quality and durability. Working closely with your architect, we ensure that quality materials and construction techniques are applied to create a home that stands the test of time. We pay meticulous attention to every detail, from the foundations to the finishing touches.
Renovations
With all renovations, we take into account functional considerations to ensure that the overall result meets practical neds but also looks good.
Internal renovations can include –
- Knock throughs – where 2 or more rooms are joined together
- Removal or addition of internal walls
- Installation of new windows or door opening
- Upgrades to fireplace, floors or skirting
Kitchen & Bathrooms
Upgrading your kitchen or bathroom can transform its appearance.
Once you have a design, we can remove and install your new kitchen or bathroom with precision and attention to detail. We ensure that all components are properly fitted and installed according to the design specifications.
As part of your home renovations, we can also work with your kitchen or bathroom supplier/ fitter to prepare the space. For example, levelling floors, installing sockets or plumbing.
Loft Conversions
The creation of an attic or roof room is a practical way of increasing the useable space within your home. We can advise on options for your home and create accessible loft spaces to suit your needs.
We will consider the feasibility of converting the attic or roof space into a room to determine if the existing structure can support the additional weight and modifications required for the conversion.
